Role: Marketing Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY 

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that elevate Nuritas' brand, generate excitement for our ingredients, and supports our commercial objectives. You will play a pivotal role in telling our story and connecting with key audiences across multiple channels. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that highlight Nuritas' brand, technology and plant peptide ingredient portfolio 

  • Create compelling written and video content across digital platforms, including website, social media, email, blog and industry publications 

  • Manage and grow Nuritas' social media presence on LinkedIn and other platforms 

  • Produce high-quality marketing collateral, including presentations, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership content 

  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns to support business development and lead generation across multiple sectors including food, beverage and supplements 

  • Incorporate an influencer marketing program that engages key health & wellness groups and personalities in support of the science behind our peptide ingredients and the breakthrough benefits possible for customers and consumers 

  • Develop and track marketing KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI 

  • Collaborate closely with R&D and Commercial teams to ensure cohesive messaging 

  • Plan and represent Nuritas at industry conferences, trade shows, and digital events  

Who You Are 

  • Strong digital marketing and social media management skills 

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities 

  • Creative thinker with an ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging content 

  • Experience managing agencies and contractors that results in high quality deliverables on time and in budget 

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms 

  • Passionate about health, technology, and innovative scientific solutions 

  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment 

 

Other Key Requirements 

  • 3-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in technology, science, or ingredient-based industries 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Experience with SEO, content marketing, and digital campaign management 

  • Experience in influencer marketing and relationship management 

  • Occasional travel may be required for company events and industry conferences
