The Opportunity:

The Logistics Manager plays a key role in driving a seamless, global supply chain for Nuritas.
They build strong partnerships with logistics providers, turning data insights into smarter, more efficient operations. From optimizing freight costs to streamlining inventory, they ensure materials move smoothly from supplier to customer. Collaboration is central, working cross-functionally to align manufacturing, finance, quality, and commercial needs.
This role is all about making logistics smarter, faster, and more reliable — fueling the company’s growth worldwide.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Drive strong partnerships: Take ownership of the relationship with our logistics service providers, monitoring performance, managing costs, and leading regular business reviews to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

·       Turn data into action: Analyze freight spend, carrier performance, and key logistics metrics, delivering insights and recommendations that make our supply chain smarter and more efficient.

·       Lead global logistics: Ensure all shipments — from supplier to customer — are handled safely, on time, and in full compliance, including documentation and customs requirements.

·       Shape inventory strategy: Oversee stock management to balance availability with cost control, minimizing obsolete materials while maximizing working capital.

·       Collaborate and improve: Work cross-functionally with R&D, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial teams to align supply chain needs, streamline processes, and maintain the highest quality standards.

·       Champion process improvements, driving operational efficiency through innovative practices and collaborative teamwork.

·       Address stakeholder inquiries and implement effective solutions to optimize supply-chain performance.


Essential Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, including at least 5 years in Logistics

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent, with relevant experience in food, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey information effectively across diverse media, with confidence and tact at all organizational levels, both internally and externally

  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and produce actionable insights

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and related functions)

  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong track record of building partnerships and demonstrated ability to coach, develop, motivate, and empower others

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear and informative technical documentation, reports, procedures, and workflows

  • Ability to effectively interpret and present numerical and technical data
